ZAL Elevators’ main stay is maintenance and repairs of elevators and escalators. The company has on it’s service portfolio about 200 units. This includes customers such as Zambia Electricity Supply Corporation (ZESCO), Anglo American, NAPSA, Holiday Inn, Bank of Zambia (Lusaka & Ndola), Hotel Intercontinental, Pamodzi Hotel, New Cabinet Office, New American Embassy, UNDP, Fairview, Kitwe, Kasama and Chipata Hospitals, and all Government Ministries, to mention but some. In fact ZAL/Otis Elevators is practically in every building in Zambia that has an elevator.
